水塔上面一般会有个比较大的容器好装水。
这个东东确实不太好猜,这是一个世界上为数不多的,专门用来做失重实验的降落塔 Drop Tower,ZARM:

整个塔内部为一个密封容器,物体可以在抽过真空的的塔内进行 4.74 秒钟的自由落体试验。你应该算得出这塔有多高了吧?算不出来的话请大调教授前来补课。
ZARM is a scientific institute at the University of Bremen. The research is concentrated on the investigation of fluid mechanics phenomena in particular under microgravity conditions and questions related to space technology. The most outstanding facility is the Drop Tower Bremen, which provides 4.74 seconds of weightlessness in an earthbound laboratory. The drop tower team will serve you in consulting, during integration, during a campaign and in evaluation.
The ZARM-FABmbH is a public company, owned by the Bremen State Government. By Oct. 2007, more than 4600 drop experiments have successfully been carried out with more than 100 different experiments. 这是中学的物理题哟。 重力加速度常数 g =9.8米/秒^2. 自由落体从零速度开始的速度为 v =gt. 积分后高度则为 h = g ∫vdt = (1/2)gt^2 = (1/2) (9.8米/秒^2)(4.74秒)^2 = 110 米.
